Belle kind of fell out of her bed while she was sleeping, I thought it was cute.
Then 5 minutes later I turn around and she's really fallen out of bed! What a weirdo!
I forgot to post this, but I had ordered the Lippmann anniversary collection from Nordstroms online a while back, and I remember at the time it said it comes with 5 free samples. Okay, cool. Well when I received my polishes, there were no samples. I was sad only for a split second because I was tearing into Ruby Red Slippers a moment later lol. 2 days later, I saw this box on my doorstep...
It's huge! Even bigger than the first box that held my 3-piece set! You can see it almost covers the seat of our dining chair. I opened it and discovered a tiny plastic baggie containing, you guessed it, my 5 free samples. Wtf! What a waste of time, money and materials. I'm not sure if this picture does it any justice, the samples are sooo tiny in this box (click to enlarge).

ReplyDeleteBelle is SO cute !!! My cats also have this kind of thing sometimes, that their head fall of the bed or the blanket - they look so cute you want to hug and cuddle them :-)

Crazy animals! I've had the same thing happen to me. Why do they send things in thos huge boxes? I just don't understand the reasoning.
ReplyDeleteWell, Nordstrom's IS famous for their customer service... "We promised her free samples, damn it! WE MUST SEND HER THE FREE SAMPLES!"
ReplyDeleteI asked one of the guys at my mailbox service about the huge boxes. He thought the company didn't want their wares getting lost in shipment. He couldn't answer me about why they would ship a lipstick in one giant box and an eye shadow in another. ;)

ReplyDeleteAnd Nordstrom omg they love to kill trees or something -_- I ordered something from them. They seperate my orders in 5 shipments (one by one) and huge boxes with tiny products!
You have a very cute dog! Seems that she has a similar personality to my cat (who crawled in between the layers of a flattened cardboard box last night).

ReplyDeleteYour pup is too cute!! We get a lot of wastage like that over in the UK too, Avon are one of the worst. Considering we're all supposed to be going carbon neutral - it's shocking!

ReplyDeleteHow adorable. I bought my french bulldog a bed but he seldom sleeps in it. The CATS actually do, haha. He prefers to sleep in the bed, right up against a body.
