Alex was eating cookies and cream ice cream a while back and I wanted to make a franken of it. I made this a month or so ago I forgot my proportions but it was NYC white creme with maybe 1/2 teaspoon of my favorite black glitter. I need more of this stuff in all different colors!
I freehanded the tips, 2 coats without topcoat.
I also got my Bundle Monster plates so I was dying to try them. This is plate 11, I kept it simple but it covered up the 'cookies' part anyway. CC Where's The Soiree was the stamp polish.
Sometimes it's hard to stop, isn't it? 1 coat of Northern Lights holographic top coat in gold over my stamp. It says it dries in seconds, and it did so I didn't even need to use SV or any quick dry topcoat.
